By scheduling or accepting service from Front Range Cleaning and Sanitizing LLC, you agree to the terms below. These terms protect both you as the customer and us as the service provider, and they reflect what we have always done in the field.

1. Scope of Services

Front Range Cleaning and Sanitizing LLC (the “Company”) provides exterior cleaning services including:

Power and pressure washing
Soft washing
Concrete, driveway, and surface cleaning
Trash bin cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing

All services are performed using professional equipment and commercially available cleaning solutions.

2. Estimates and Site Conditions

All quotes are based on visible conditions at the time of estimate. Final pricing may be adjusted due to:

Heavier than expected buildup
Inaccessible areas
Safety concerns

Customer approval is required before any price changes.

3. Access and Service Readiness

Customer agrees to:

Provide clear access to all work areas
Secure pets and unlock gates
Ensure water access is available

Trash bin cleaning: Bins must be empty and accessible at the curb or agreed location. Failure to prepare bins may result in a missed service fee.

4. Water and Utilities

Customer agrees to provide access to water. If water is unavailable, the Company may reschedule service or charge an additional fee for supplied water.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur:

Interest charges up to the maximum allowed under Colorado law
Collection costs, if applicable

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule service. Same day cancellations may incur a fee. Weather or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling at the Company’s discretion.

7. Property Condition and Acknowledgment of Risk

Customer acknowledges that pressure washing may reveal or worsen pre-existing damage, including:

Loose paint
Oxidation
Cracked siding
Failing grout or mortar

The Company is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or improper installation.

8. Colorado Liability and Limitation Clause

To the fullest extent permitted under Colorado law, Front Range Cleaning and Sanitizing LLC shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Damage caused by structural defects or neglected maintenance

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service performed.

9. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Front Range Cleaning and Sanitizing LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Unsafe property conditions
Failure to disclose known issues
Improperly secured surfaces or fixtures

10. Trash Bin Cleaning Additional Terms

Hazardous materials such as chemicals, oils, and biohazards are not permitted. Excessively contaminated bins may be refused or subject to additional charges. Odor removal is not guaranteed in extreme cases.

11. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer must report concerns within 48 hours of service. The Company will make reasonable efforts to correct valid issues. No refunds will be issued without an opportunity to re-service.

12. Environmental Compliance

The Company follows Colorado environmental guidelines where applicable. Some water runoff may occur as part of normal operations.

13. Photos and Marketing Use

Before and after photos may be taken at the job site. These photos may be used for marketing purposes unless the customer opts out in writing.

14. Subscription Services

Recurring services such as monthly or quarterly bin cleaning may be billed on a recurring schedule. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled with at least 7 days notice before the next scheduled service.

15. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

16. Agreement Acceptance

By scheduling or accepting service, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
